• The availability or continued existence of any third-party perk
• The accuracy of information provided by third-party perk providers
• Any specific financial outcome or savings amount

All decisions regarding eligibility and approval are made solely by the respective third-party providers.

7. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features of XRaise may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate and complete billing information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription renewals unless cancelled

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but all charges are non-refundable.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services are owned by XRaise and are protected by intellectual property laws. This includes, but is not limited to:

• The design, layout, and look and feel of our platform
• All software, algorithms, and technology powering our Services
• All written content, graphics, and media

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of our Services without our express written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• XRaise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to XRaise in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for any actions, decisions, or outcomes related to third-party perk providers

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through:
